Infinite Area

The bicycle sector is an attractive and fast-growing area, partly due to the current interest in sustainable mobility and the outdoor world. The sponsoring companies, Cicli Pinarello, Wilier Triestina and Basso Bikes, are among the world leaders in the design and production of top-of-the-line, state-of-the-art racing, gravel, and mountain bikes.

Thanks to the experience of company contact persons, young people will be able to learn in detail about the stages of the production process of composite frames and understand the needs for specialization, particularly for technical painting.

It is becoming increasingly relevant for companies to invest in talent, trained or to be trained, who are passionate about realities that bring the excellence of the area to the podium of the most important stages, including world record speed and grand tour victories.

Students will then be able to show interest in the proposed course or for interviews and company visits on the following tasks:

  • SANDERS (sanding and grouting carbon frames)
  • PAINTERS (vertical carbon painting experience required)
  • FINISHING ATTENDANTS (polishing and finishing frames and cycle and control parts)
  • MECHANICAL (frame assembly and individual components)

The following requirements are indicated: manual dexterity and precision, similar experience using orbital machines and quality control, and why not, passion for bikes!
