Purpose and legal basis for processing
The Controller processes personal data for several purposes:
1) responding to requests submitted through this form, e.g., to obtain information about its products or services (including sending the company’s brochure, catalog, and/or other informational material), etc.: in this case, consent is not required because the processing is necessary to respond to such requests;
2) to use the Data Subject’s contact information (e-mail address) to send him/her our company newsletter containing information about our products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events that the Controller will organize: for this purpose, the express consent of the Data Subject is required, which may be given and revoked even for some of the above activities;

Period of data retention
The Holder intends to process data according to the following time criteria:
1) Data will be kept for as long as necessary to process your request for information,
2) The data provided to enable the Holder to carry out the commercial communications described above will be retained for 24 months after the last communication, regardless of the channel used;

Nature of data provision and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data for the purposes mentioned in point 1) is necessary and therefore any refusal to provide it in whole or in part may result in the inability of the Data Controller to pursue the above purposes. The provision for the additional purposes is optional: without it, the Holder will not be able to carry out the corresponding activities but will still be legitimized to pursue the purposes mentioned in point 1).

Categories of recipients
The Holder will not disseminate the data, but intends to communicate them to internal figures authorized to process them due to their respective duties, as well as to professionals or service companies, as well as to public and private entities, including as a result of inspections and audits.
Such recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Data Controller, will be appointed as data controllers by appropriate contract or other legal act.

Data transfer to a third country and/or international organization
Personal data will not be transferred either to non-European third countries or to international organizations.

Rights of data subjects
The data subject has the right to ask the Data Controller to access his or her personal data and to rectify them if inaccurate, to erase or restrict their processing if the conditions are met, to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, as well as to obtain portability of personally provided data only if they are subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. The data subject also has the right to revoke the consent given for the processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the time of revocation.
