FROM PROBLEMS TO SOLUTIONS IN ONE HOUR
With the Lightning Decision Jam (LDJ) we support your team through the identification of the different criticalities of a situation (sharing information, maintaining contacts even at a distance, optimizing workflows) and designing solutions in order to process actions to be undertaken and validate them in a few days.
We love post-it and paper perfume. We believe in sharing through knowing glances. We’ve been tooling up in order to bring this experience on digital platforms, organizing equally effective and entirely remote workshops. Whether it's social distancing or simply a team spread across multiple locations, we’re still staying close to you.
THE CASE STUDY
Following the home working period due to the pandemic, a company within our campus has asked us to support their reflection on this experience in order to make smart working a "normal" operating mode, which employees can leverage as needed. We have therefore set out on a path of digital transformation on working processes, highlighting how the direct involvement of the personnel involved (a distinguishing feature of the LDJ technique) has resulted in the development of shared operational proposals and has strengthened their value, encouraging their management buy-in.

DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOPS
Design Thinking is a methodology born in Stanford to adapt the typical design approach, featuring creativity and comfort with uncertainty, to the collective elaboration of conscious and effective strategic decisions. This results in a fast evaluation of potential new solutions, where a cohesive team shares goals and converges on the most effective path.
DESIGN SPRINT BOOTCAMP
A methodology born in Google to save time and resources and create better digital and traditional products. Through one of these workshops, which includes prototyping and testing on real users activities, new concepts can be refined and validated in only four days. A new approach to idea validation, to speed up product innovation and take decisions that matter in a few days.
